Rebecca brings more than thirty years of experience in project management and strategic planning across the transportation and retail sectors. She specializes in Owner’s Representation and Project Management, serving as a trusted advocate and central point of coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Rebecca’s experience includes leading complex facility development projects from concept through completion, with expertise in site selection, programming, design development, construction administration, and project closeout.
Rebecca has extensive experience in airport planning, tenant support, concessions development, and VIP lounge projects. Known for her collaborative leadership, technical insight, and solutions-oriented approach, she effectively aligns operational needs, architectural vision, and stakeholder priorities to deliver successful project outcomes.

Daniel brings more than twenty-eight years of experience in design, project management, and construction across the aviation, transportation, commercial, and residential sectors. His expertise spans the full project delivery process, including feasibility studies, code research, life safety analysis, building systems, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction.
Daniel is experienced in leading complex projects, coordinating diverse project teams, and navigating fast-track design with a long-lead procurement. He applies a practical, solutions-focused approach to project planning and value engineering, with an emphasis on durable, low-maintenance construction, effective scheduling, and thorough project documentation. His technical knowledge and collaborative leadership help move complex initiatives efficiently from planning through completion.
