She brings more than thirty years of experience in project management and strategic planning across the transportation and retail sectors, with a strong record of leading complex facility development initiatives from concept through completion. Her expertise spans the full cycle of design and construction, including site selection, programming, design development, construction administration, and project closeout. Ms. Figueroa has extensive experience in airport planning as well as tenant support, concessions development, and VIP lounge projects, allowing her to guide clients through complex, multi-disciplinary project environments. Known for her leadership, technical insight, and collaborative approach, she consistently delivers projects that align operational needs, architectural vision, and stakeholder priorities.

His work spans all phases of project delivery and includes extensive expertise in feasibility studies, code research, life safety analysis, and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction. Daniel is particularly experienced in large-scale project analysis and in building effective working relationships among clients, consultants, and project teams to move complex initiatives forward efficiently. He is well versed in fast-track design procedures, building systems, and the management of long-lead procurement items, while consistently applying value engineering principles to prioritize durable, low-maintenance construction materials, detailed scheduling, manpower projections, accurate documentation, and comprehensive building analysis and assessment.
